Steve Wolff & Associates is proud to announce our part in the new Ronald Tutor Campus Center at University of Southern California. We were given the challenge to design plants that enhance the architecture and be functional in a school setting. The facility is 194,000 square feet and centers around the International Plaza.

This is a central gathering place providing outside meeting and dining areas that will bring together the University community. The pots not only add a colorful element but also act as a barrier, keeping a designated traffic flow area which was required by the fire department.

The Trojan Family Room features a 3-story rotunda, fireplace, and seating area. Again, this brings family, students and staff together in a unique setting.

The Marketplace features 7 different eating choices and is adjacent to the Plaza for seating.

The facility features many student lounges and meeting rooms. Even the hallways provide a warm meeting and gathering space.

We appreciate the opportunity to work with USC and becoming part of their family by offering some final touches to this wonderful facility.
